15 cases confirmed with Covid – Durrës with the largest number of affected during the last 24 hours

In the daily communication of the Ministry of Health, it has been announced that during the last 24 hours 186 citizens have been tested where 15 new cases have been positive, bringing to 964 the total number of infected people throughout the country.

The new cases are respectively: 13 cases in Durrës, 1 case in Tirana and 1 case in Shkodra.

In the last 24 hours, 16 patients have recovered, and there are still 175 active cases.

Currently, 15 patients are hospitalized in two Covid hospitals, 3 of which are in intensive care, while the other cases are being monitored by the family doctor.

The Ministry of Health and Social Protection appeals to citizens to continue to respect physical distance and maintain personal hygiene, as well as open businesses to strictly observe safety protocols.
