Albanian goods “find their way” – How transport changed in September

Goods exported by road in September 2020 have increased by 17.1%, compared to September 2019. According to transport statistics, it seems that this has been a month of recovery in terms of this form of freight transport.

Referring to the data, in September 2020, Albania exported ALL 10.6 billion of goods by road, at a time when in September 2019, this value was ALL 9.1 billion, thus differentiating by ALL 1.5 billion from a year ago.

However, goods exported by sea account for the bulk of the total, 56.1%. Meanwhile, those by road occupy 42.4%, while goods exported by air do not occupy even 1% of the total. (for September 2020).
