Albanian market, companies ready for ALSE: FSA’s Melani to VoA
The Albanian market and companies are ready and willing for the operation of the first private stock exchange in Albania.
In an interview with “Voice of America, Chairman of the FSA Board Pajtim Melani gave details on how ALSE will function.
Melani also explained that in the first year the stock exchange will work for the trading of Albanian government securities, and then companies will be listed based on their stocks.
The first private stock exchange in Albania has been licensed, after Credins Bank, the American Investment Bank (ABI Bank) and AK Invest have met all the necessary application procedures, which at the same time guarantee its operation.
