ALL 833 mln of new arrears – MF’s strategy not working
Budget funds should have been disbursed according to projects foreseen earlier.
Meanwhile, the “record” of the creation of arrears continues for the public finance and private enterprises that perform public works or services.
The latest data of the Ministry of Finance show that the value of arrears generated by different institutions over the period November-December 2016 totaled 833 million ALL.
According to the same data, institutions that have created a greater level of arrears belong to the period January 2015-December 2016:

| Ministry of Culture | 14 million |
| Ministry of Environment | 43.5 million |
| Directorate General of Taxation | 31.6 million |
Ministry of Energy and Industry, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of European Integration report no obligations for this period.
