ALSE to become part of regional financial market network: EBRD
While assessing positively the banking sector in Albania, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development also highlights the importance of the first private Albanian securities exchange, expected to start work by year-end.
EBRD pays a special attention to the most important development of recent years in the domestic financial market.
What is most important is the fact that the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development emphasizes that in the future, the first Albanian private stock exchange, the Albanian Securities Exchange, will potentially be incorporated into the regional network of Southeast Europe.
ALSE will use the same electronic system as the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, Skopje, Sarajevo, Banja Luka and Podgorica Stock Exchange, thus enabling the integration of the only Albanian Securities Exchange into the regional network.
EBRD is the latest in a series of international institutions that emphasize the latest development in the domestic financial market and the importance of creating the first private stock exchange for the economy and finances of the country, as it creates not only new spaces for financing companies operating in the country, but also offers quite affordable investment alternatives.
