Credit to the private sector experienced an average annual growth of 6.4% in July-August, reflecting a good transmission of economic policy stimulus, sound balance sheet and the banking sector’s willingness to contribute to the shock.”
On the other hand, in the latest publication for Europe and Central Asia, the World Bank, in the lines dedicated to Albania, underlines that: “despite the impact of covid-19, the banking sector remains liquid and well-capitalized, supported by the measures taken by the central bank.
