Business facilities-covid-19 / Deferred payments and disclosures
Starting from this day the government takes drastic measures against the spread of Coronavirus in our country and until the date when they will be active, businesses in the capital but also in Durres, the two affected areas so far, will benefit facilities provided for in the legislation.
Specifically in such emergency situations, as in the case of the November 26 earthquake, enterprises will receive deferred payments for health and social contributions as well as deferred declarations during this period, and no fines will be applied to them.
Also, all directly affected businesses, such as bars, restaurants, pubs, billiards, etc. that are closed by government decision, may be offered an online opportunity to submit their activity permit so that they do not pay taxes, or the other option is for the tax administration to consider submitting it for the dates set by the government where they are required to stay closed.
On March 10 and 11, the total closure of all entities in the service sector such as normal and dinner premises, restaurants, billiards, etc. was decided. Applicable legislation sets deadlines for payments and business declarations in normal cases and provides for penalties for non-compliant entities.
