Court decisions viewed as main obstacle for foreign investors: FIAA Survey

Albania-Distrust regarding court decisions in Albania is the main problem that the community of foreign investors operating in the country face in their economic activities.

According to a survey conducted by the Association of Foreign Investors, the seven main obstacles that the business community encountered in 2016 are:

The survey was done by interviewing 70 leading businesses in Albania and it covers the entire period of 2016.

According to the results, the entrepreneurs claim that the implementation of the judicial reform can improve the climate for doing business in Albania.
