Creating an innovative corner where customers can relax in front of placed tablets, enables them to be advised by our staff to download the app and use it directly while drinking a coffee in a warm atmosphere.
Our objective is to bring a new way of using the bank to all customers, to push and increase the penetration of customers towards digital channels, through a new way of training and education, which will bring a reduction of bank costs and increase of customer satisfaction with the use of banking services.
