Credins Bank grows 10% in just nine months with total assets reaching ALL 174 bln

Credins Bank confirmed its high growth rates for the third quarter of the year.

According to the financial indicators published by the bank itself, at the end of September the total assets amounted to about ALL 174 billion, up 10% year-on-year.

Credins Bank is the third largest bank in the Albanian market, with a market share estimated at approximately 12% of the total banking system assets.

The growth of the bank during this year is also largely based on the expansion of lending.

According to data released by Credins, the net loan portfolio at the end of September was ALL 98.5 billion, up 4.7% year-on-year.

The portfolio continues to be dominated by lending to business, where trade and construction hold the main weight.

Growth is even higher on the deposit side, which increased by 9% in one year.

Credins holds public deposits at the amount of ALL 147.5 billion or EUR 1.1 billion.

Even the bank’s financial performance has improved during 2017.

For the nine-month period, net profit was ALL 254 million, 3.4 times higher compared to the same period year-on-year.
