GDT, Fiscalization process – 3,337 field visits and 13,954 trainings conducted so far

The General Directorate of Taxes, in the framework of the implementation of the law “On the Invoice and the turnover monitoring system”, for the Fiscalization process, has updated several points of this process.

The figures, which will be published periodically, include the number of trainings conducted or the number of trained entities, the number of electronic invoices issued, meetings with various business associations, accountants, special interest groups, etc.

Summary report on the development of trainings:

Until 07/03/2021, the General Directorate of Taxes has announced that 1252 Public Entities, 11,716 entities and 986 Accountants have been trained, with a total of 13,954 trainings.

Number of electronic invoices issued:

As of 07/03/2021, 50,302 electronic e-invoice invoices and cash invoices have been issued to 1,057 taxpayers. From this figure, the number of invoices issued to Public Entities is 3,295 while 316 is the number of invoices issued to private entities.

Regarding the field visits, started from March 1, according to the preliminary announcement, where businesses have been made available all the necessary materials and information to taxpayers regarding Fiscalization, these are the following figures:

Small business visits, in total in all DRTs were performed 909, while large business visits 428, with a total of 3,337 visits realized in the first week of March.

In order to clarify the taxpayers, solve the problems they may have even after the implementation of Fiscalization, during the last two weeks have been organized meetings with various associations such as the Italian Chamber of Commerce, Transport Associations, Order of Pharmacists and Insurance Fund of Compulsory Health Care.
