Gov’t disbursed ALL 14.4 bln for non-commercial payments
The Albanian government in addition to normal payments from the treasury for different transactions involving public investments or services, also conducts transactions in foreign funding.
According to official data of the Ministry of Finance on the balance of non-commercial general governance payments, it turns out that disbursement of budget funds for transactions of foreign financing amounts to ALL 14.4 billion, from which so far have been spent 10.039.000.000.
According to the same statistics, the greatest value of disbursed is the article of budget support for the loan at the value of ALL 10 billion, while the article budget support for grants at the amount of 32.3 million.
According to this reference, the government also has other non-commercial expenses, which for the three-month period this year have reached the value of 5.9 million dollars.
According to the ministry of finance data, official government expenditures abroad are 733 thousand dollars, of which travel costs 452 thousand dollars, embassies expenses (excluding salaries) are 2.5 million dollars, while wages and payments for embassy officials amount to $ 1.1 million.
Also a special item in this group is that of the international quota payments in the amount of $ 18.2 thousand.
