Justice reforms near Albania to EU, improve business climate: Slovenian official
Although stakeholders are increasingly talking about a regional market, each country must maintain its authenticity in the economic development.
This was stated by Gorazd Mihelic, Director of the Slovenian Public Investment Agency, in an interview with SCAN TV.
According to him, the implementation of the justice reform in Albania moves the country a step closer to the European Union, but also creates a better sense of business, especially through the reduction of the level of corruption.
“The reforms undertaken by the government are an important step as far as partnership with the business is concerned, as they also increase the presence of foreign investment.”
“The more developed a country, its system, the institutions, the more developed is its economy. Reform in justice will have a positive impact on entrepreneurship. It’s a different picture as we see it from the outside and different as you see it here.”
According to the head of the Slovenian Investment Agency, the government and the business community should be oriented towards those sectors that bring a greater development to the country.
The country does not have to spread much, but develop a development strategy in the priority sectors.
