Number of yachts entering Albania soars by 30% in 2018

The number of yachts and tourist vessels that have entered the maritime space of Albania has increased by 30%.

This according to the data of the General Maritime Directorate covering the first half of 2018

Although the peak months of the July-August tourist season are yet to start, 508 yachts have been entered as well as 43 tourist ferries.

The highest quantity is held by the Port of Saranda, where during this first period of the year 276 yachts sailed in and 43 tourist ferries entered.

It turns out that 112 yachts have entered in the Port of Durres while in that of Vlora the number is 90.

Shëngjini has also reported an influx in this period with 30 registered yachts.
