Paperless governance: PM Rama states that customs agents will be removed by the end of March
The government has made an assessment of the work done in the last four months for cutting bureaucracies in the administration for citizens and entrepreneurship.

Meanwhile, at the end of March the documents that a mother needs to secure maternity leave will be provided online.
The deregulation process has also had positive effects on the business climate in the country, stated Minister of Entrepreneurship Sonila Qato.
A special importance in the process of deregulation has been devoted to the platform for co-governance with the citizens.
PM Rama has appealed to all citizens to denounce any official who abuses with his duty.
In this period there were about 2500 complaints that have been solved through the portal in question, while 35 mortgage employees have been prosecuted on charges of abusing with their duty.
