Significant increase of COVID cases in Albania! 27 new cases. The Ministry makes a special appeal

In the last 24 hours, Albania has experienced a further increase in cases confirmed by COVID-19.

Referring to the statement of the Deputy Minister of Health Mira Rakacolli, out of 112 tests that have been performed in the last 24 hours, 27 cases have been positive. In this way, from 2031 tests the total number of confirmed has gone to 304 people.

In both COVID-19 hospitals, 81 patients were hospitalized. 73 are in the infectious disease hospital, where 7 are in intensive care and 2 are intubated. Meanwhile, the rest are in Shefqet Ndroqi Hospital.

But what really happened?

According to the Ministry of Health, there is a significant increase in the number of people affected in Shkodra, where two 13-year-old children were found in two family districts. This, according to the deputy minister, shows the disrespect of social distancing and control measures.
