The Council of Ministers has set ‘floor’ prices for state-owned properties to be leased. Through a decision dated August 2, several amendments to the regulation “On privatization and commissioning of companies and state institutions of special enterprises or facilities, fixed assets and working capital of these enterprises have been approved.

For buildings, which are called such as defined in the laws and regulations in force, in the field of territorial planning, the floor fee of the monthly rent per square meter will become 0.3% of the average sale and purchase value of apartments, defined in the instruction relevant to the Council of Ministers, for the approval of the average cost of housing construction, by the National Housing Authority, in force at the time of lease or emphyteusis of state property.
