The agreement on mutual recognition of patents with Italy has been published in the Official Gazette.

In an announcement on the official website, the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs announced that this is good news for all our compatriots living and working in Italy. The Minister said that ratification is now expected from the Italian authorities, to start implementation very soon.
