The number of people affected by Covid is significantly reduced – Only 2 cases are registered in Durrës

In the daily communication of the Ministry of Health, it has been announced that during the last 24 hours 168 citizens have been tested where 2 new cases have been positive, bringing to 948 the total number of infected people throughout the country.

The number of new cases is respectively in Durrës.

Of the total number of those affected, 77% of patients have recovered, and there are still 190 active cases.

Currently, 15 patients are hospitalized in two Covid hospitals, 3 of which are in intensive care, while other cases are being monitored by the family doctor.

The Ministry of Health and Social Protection appeals to citizens to continue to respect physical distance and maintain personal hygiene, as well as for the open businesses to strictly observe safety protocols.
