TIA: Spain lifts restrictions on Albanian travelers. All you need is tickets, passports, masks and filling out the FCS form
Tirana International Airport announces that all restrictions have already been lifted for Albanian citizens wishing to travel to Spain. “Neither the test nor the vaccines are mandatory. “Tickets, passports and masks are enough,” the announcement reads.
TIA informs that the only mandatory thing is to fill in the Health Examination Form (FCS), which can be found at the following link:

According to the notice if you have visited other countries in the last 14 days before traveling to Spain, you definitely need PCR of the last 48 hours, vaccines approved by EMA or WHO, or certification of health authorities that you have passed Covid 19.
