Universities in Albania begin applications for foreign citizens

Applications in Albanian Universities for foreign citizens are now open.

Applicants have the opportunity to enroll for first cycle programs, professional-level programs, as well as integrated programs of second cycle studies at higher education institutions for the academic year 2018-2019.According to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports instructions, the registration process starts on 20th and will continue until August 30th.

Also, the criteria to be met by these candidates are: To complete upper secondary education and be provided with the legal documentation of completion this education level, should not result in enrollment in another study program at state or private universities and to meet the criteria of the average grade determined by the decision of the Ministers Council. Here are only excluded those who will apply for professional programs.

Meanwhile, foreign nationals are able to apply up to 10 study programs. After application, students will be familiar with the results whether they are winners or not, with the announcement of final lists on September 12. For citizens from Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Presevo, Medvedja and Bujanovac, applications to the Albanian universities which started on 10 are completed on 24 August, and it is announced that the admission contest will take place on the August 27, 2018.
