US Embassy gives the citizens a notice: Beware of Visa Scams!

The US Embassy through an announcement on the official website has informed the citizens about the scams on obtaining a US visa.

“We are constantly contacted by individuals who have fallen victim to visa fraud. Frauds usually include fake websites, email addresses and requests for additional fees to be paid to obtain a visa. Remember, the State Department will never ask you to transfer money to another individual or organization to obtain your visa. Inform yourself so that you do not fall victim to a scam! ” wrote the embassy.
