40 companies open toddlers’ fair in Tirana’s main promenade

On the occasion of Children’s Day, the Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Municipality of Tirana has opened the 8th Fair for Children.
About 40 different companies offered their products to kids.
Deputy Mayor of Tirana, Arbjan Mazniku said to SCAN TV that children are a priority of the municipality and this is shown by the work of this institution with continuous investment in schools and kindergartens.
“Children are a priority with investment in nurseries, kindergartens, but also in all sports fields and playgrounds in neighborhoods because we believe that by making children a priority, the city becomes better for everyone,” Mazniku said.
The Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce Valentina Gjoka stressed the importance of having children at the focus.
Gjoka stressed that the fair intended a social dimension and fun on this special day for children.
“Here in this promenade children have an opportunity to play, to act out and to make this space theirs. It is an activity which has already become a brand. In collaboration with the Municipality of Tirana, it has become a very important activity for children. It is a day when children want to enjoy, to play, to laugh, to paint. Here we find all the space and all possibilities,” Gjoka said.
At the fair, hundreds of children became part of the celebrations, as they visited the fair consisting in various food products, books, toys, etc…
