Albania in 71st place of Forbes’ doing business report
The prestigious magazine Forbes has ranked 153 different world economies according to doing business factors, and it refers to the next year.
So this indicator serves as a postcard for each of these economies for foreign investors.
Albania ranks 71st in the world, the penultimate in the region, leaving behind Bosnia and Herzegovina.
A year ago, Albania ranked 61st in the world, but since this year Forbes has completely changed the methodology of compiling this index, comparison with past years is futile.
This year’s ranking does not predict the performance of the stock market, while labor market performance, infrastructure, quality and size of the market, living satisfaction, poverty, etc. have increased.
In practice, Forbes collects a series of indicators, along with those of the World Bank and the World Economic Forum to produce a general indicator.
Ranked 71st in the world, Albania turns out to be the penultimate in the region, while Serbia ranks 69th, Montenegro 68th and Macedonia 63rd.
The first spot on the global level is held by the United Kingdom, followed by New Zealand and the Netherlands.
