Albania adopts 45 new standards to help businesses improve product value
Albanian businesses have at their disposal new opportunities through which they may increase the value of their products.
Albania’s General Directory of Standardization reported that in the period covering January-February 2017, around 45 standards and standardization documents were adopted as Albanians, of which 32 are European from the European Committee of Standardization, and 13 are internationally recognized as ISO and IEC.
Now, all businesses that are interested in obtaining a certain standard may use the online application.
A newsletter published by the institution informs in real time the repealed standards, those that can be purchased on-line, and the number of pages for each standard.
The impasse that has continuously accompanied the business is related to a lack of information on standards as well as on the positive aspects that their benefit offers, which translates into increased product value as an advantage vis-a-vis competitors.
