Prime Minister Edi Rama has explained that the initiative to repatriate Albanians left behind is a closed list and will only return those who are left in extreme conditions, ie cannot pay for the hotel or have no food.

Likewise, the names of those who will be returned will be made public so that if there are any cases of quarantine violations, the citizens can identify and avoid them.
