During 2020, there were 5 million chickens in Albania, maintaining almost the same level as in 2019.

Referring to the data published by Instat, egg production for 2020 is 861 million grains, marking a decrease of 0.40%, compared to 2019.

What should be noted is that in the last two years, Albania has seen a significant increase in egg production.
