Credins Bank contributed ALL 30 mln in social responsibility projects in 2016

Credins Bank published on Monday the company’s contribution report over the past year on social responsibility projects.
The report includes investments and corporation support for projects for the benefit of the community as a moral obligation to help society.
The areas where Credins focused in 2016 were related to poverty, hunger, health, education, but also gender equality, employment growth, infrastructure innovation.
As the value of the contributions exceeds ALL 30 million, they were evenly distributed in the 16 objectives considered as essential.
In support of agribusiness producers, Credins invested 5.7 million ALL in creating an encouraging platform that can show how to add value to their products in search of new markets.
An initiative undertaken by the employees of the 57 branches of the bank was Credins Bank DONATES, which supported the children in need through the donation of clothing and toys.
A good part of the contribution, ALL 8.3 million went for healthcare, a fund that was used to support several hospitals and health centers across the country.
The Bank has also helped with funding some institutions as municipalities and associations with a total value of ALL 5.1 million, which enabled the purchase of equipment and computers as well as infrastructure improvement.
Credins is and has always been a supporter of all-inclusive activities such as sports and art.
In 2016, the donations in these two sectors amounted to 3.6 million ALL.
