Fiscal expert is a necessity: Head of the Institute of Fiscal Experts

High development of free market and lack of knowledge about legislation has prompted businesses to resort to hiring a tax expert.

Ramadan Kondi, tax law lecturer at the Institute of Fiscal Experts, in an interview for TV SCAN, said the new law initiative is in support of businesses.

But in relation to the opposition that auditors have had against this initiative, Kondi said that control and consultancy are two different things.

The draft for the operation of fiscal experts has already been included in parliamentary procedures for discussion.

The initiative, proposed by MP Gjovalin Kadeli, defines the functioning of the expert of the Institute of Fiscal Expert, the conditions and the exams to obtain permission to practice the profession.
