NCT to issue several permits for resorts along Albanian coast
The Albanian coast is likely to remain for a good time a huge construction site. This impression is created when is considered that the agenda of the National Council of Territory this meeting Wednesday contains a series of development and building permits for tourist complex, cleaning plants, or even a port.
But which are in fact some of these complexes and their respective permits.
First, there is a building permit for the Ionian resort complex Olea, in Dhërmi, and there is a building permit for the tourist resort “Gone-Perivol”, in Himare, developed by the company Concord Investment, while the third building permit is related to an agro-tourist complex dubbed “Green Village” in Ishëm, Durres, proposed by “Green Step”.
On the other hand, the company Green Coast has asked a review of the existing permit conditions for Green Coast resort that is being built in Palasa.
Mane TCI has requested a development permit for a Lungomare in Gjiri i Lalzit.
The last resort is linked with the change of the Project for the tourist resort New Born tourist resort being built by the company StarTek in Gjiri i Lalzit.
Another important permit expected to be issued by the National Council of Territory is the construction of another port in Porto Romano by the company Port MBM, establsihed by three different companies Mampaey Offshore Industries, Salillari and Adriatic Petroleum Platform.
This concession was approved by a special government decision in 2015.
