Albania, Kosovo to hold joint government meeting – 12 agreements due to be signed
The governments of Albania and Kosovo are holding a two-day meeting on 27 and 28 November in Korça and Vlora marking the fourth joint meeting between the two cabinets.
This first meeting between Rama 2 government and Ramush Haradinaj’s government comes during November national holidays, while some important agreements are also expected to be signed.
The bilateral meeting is scheduled to begin at 16:00, where after the signing of the agreements there will also be a press conference between the two prime ministers, which will be followed by an official dinner.
In Vlora, on Tuesday, November 28, 12 cooperation agreements are expected to be signed.
The ministers of the cabinets headed by Rama and Haradinaj are expected to sign a memorandum of cooperation between environmental ministries for environmental protection and development, another memorandum on cooperation in the field of culture, agreements and memoranda for cooperation for the diaspora and a technical protocol between the two ministries of agriculture for bilateral recognition of veterinary certificates for animal products between the two countries.
While in Vlora, the two governments will also participate in the celebrations of the 105th anniversary of Albania’s independence.
