Details of the normative act for public masks / State and Municipal Police impose fines. The collection of fines will be ensured by OSHEE

Starting today, wearing masks will be mandatory in public places. The Normative Act is published and provides that non-use of the protective barrier (mask) by individuals outside the home is punishable by a fine of 3,000 (three thousand) ALL and in case of repetition, 5,000 (five thousand) ALL.

The right to issue an administrative measure for not using the protective barrier (mask) has the State Police and the Municipal Police, according to the model of the fine approved by them.

The execution of the administrative measure will be carried out through the Electricity Distribution Operator, becoming part of the electricity bills.
