National Taxes, Denaj: We undertook fiscal facilities to help the mining sector

The Minister of Finance and Economy, Anila Denaj, during her speech at today’s plenary session underlined that the draft law proposed for ‘National Taxes’ was a continuation of a series of fiscal facilities, which were undertaken during 2020, after the economy was opened and in the context of business support.

According to the minister, this draft law was sent for opinion to other line ministries; in the Ministry of Justice, in the State Ministry for Entrepreneurship Protection, in the Ministry of Interior and in the Agency for Support of Local Self-Government. “This agency, which is also a public institution for local affairs, whose mission is to provide assistance to ensure the continuity of public functions and services, in the role of technical secretariat agreed with the draft act, which was passed and approved in the Consultative Council with local self-government on September 29, 2020.”
