Tirana Municipality joins forces with financial institution to fund enterprises
Small and medium enterprises in Tirana who face difficulties in lending now have the opportunity to be financed by the Crimson Finance Fund Albania, a non-bank financial institution.
The Deputy Mayor of Tirana Brunilda Paskali emphasized during the meeting of the Economic Council that the municipality is one of the four partners of this initiative aimed at promoting the development of new businesses.
This institution puts some 400k euros at the disposal of businesses, while some 2 mln euros are offered by 3 other partners including the Municipality of Tirana with a 30% funding of this amount.
According to the chair of “BiznesAlbania”, Luan Bregasi, this is a good opportunity for businesses to implement their projects and generate jobs.
So far, the funds distributed by this non-bank financial institution is about 940 thousand euros, over 75% of which are funded in Tirana.
