Who gets paid more in Albania? – Monthly salary for each profession, legislators at the top and workers at the bottom

Monthly salaries for employees in Albania have large gaps related to the sectors where individuals work but also to the profession they have. But what are the highest paid professions in the country? According to official Instat data, the highest average gross monthly salary by economic profession groups is headed by lawmakers, senior state administration officials and executive directors, with about 96,000 ALL.

In second place are specialists with higher education, who are paid an average of 71 thousand ALL per month. The Armed Forces are ranked third for the highest payments, with about 63.6 thousand ALL per month, followed by technicians and specialists in implementation, who are paid about 59.5 thousand ALL per month and further employees with 58.5 thousand ALL in months. Monthly payments from 40 thousand ALL are applied for sales and service employees and go down to 32 thousand ALL per month for basic workers.
