Albania’s economic growth projected at 3.8% of the GDP: Finance Ministry
The Albanian economy during this year will experience a real growth of 3.8% of Gross Domestic Product.
This is the conclusion of an analysis of the Ministry of Finance, whose experts have “filtered” all the macroeconomic indicators.
According to the analysis of this department, the gross domestic nominal product for 2017 will be ALL 1.596.4 billion, while the real growth will be 3.8%.
Referring to the analysis of the Finance Ministry, it is noted that the indicators of the first six months of this year are positive, such as:
Revenues amount to ALL 212.2 billion
Expenditures account for ALL 209.2 billion
Fiscal balance + 3.1 billion ALL
The analysis of the exchange trade for this period shows that the export of goods is estimated at ALL 133.5 billion, while compared with the previous year it is 13.5% more.
Import of goods is estimated at ALL 295.1 billion, or 5.6% more than the same period a year earlier, while trade balance reached ALL -161.6 billion, or -0.1% more than 2016.
The analysis of the finance experts has also considered inflation and the labor market.
