Problems of American business in Albania, full of concerns for the tax administration, Brahimaj: We will draft a new law

The American Chamber of Commerce has held a meeting with the General Director of Taxation, Delina Ibrahimaj, where he presented a series of concerns that the business faces, in relation to the tax administration.

Meanwhile, the chairwoman of the Taxes and Customs Committee focused on other issues, such as the blocking of bank accounts by debt collection directorates, problems in the information system and even the VAT refund.

Ibrahimaj blamed the law “On tax procedures”, which according to her is very old, as he said that during this year will begin drafting a new law, simpler and easily applicable.
