E-Albania, 2 million visits for September – Family certificates at top of the list

Only during September, about 2 million visits were recorded on the e-Albania portal. According to monthly statistics made public by e-Albania, during this period there are over 31 thousand new users registered.

Meanwhile, regarded to the most used services by citizens in September, family certificates continue to lead the list for this month, followed by a certificate for paying individual contributions and personal certificates.

In addition, the list of most used services by visitors, lists applications for health card, declaration and payment of contributions by employers, as well as application for a construction permit.

Regarding the most used Ministry of Foreign Affairs monthly services, according to e-Albania analytical data, the application for passport and identity card was used most, with 4580 registered applications.

Application for a passport permit, application for special proxy and visa application are also some of the other services most used by visitors during September in MEPJ.

Regarding the total number of uses of electronic services, last month there were 460,019 registered for 1348 services provided by e-Albania government portal.
