The growth of the first quarter was mainly driven by housing loans, an annual growth of 6.2%.
The positive performance of the loan portfolio for households continues to be sustained by the steady increase in demand, although in the recent survey of credit activity, there is a tightening tendency in lending standards.
Over the first quarter, interest rates on household loans have maintained the low levels of the previous quarter, both for both euro and lek denominated loans.
