SCAN’s Tirana Economic Forum gathers political, economic figures from the Western Balkans

Tirana Economic Forum, a regional forum, has opened its first edition in Tirana today.
FUTURE BALKANS: TOWARDS A GLOBAL INCLUSION is the topic of this edition.
The purpose of this conference is to provide a platform for discussion of concrete proposals for the involvement of the six Western Balkan countries in the global development agenda.
The forum is an initiative of the SCAN Media Group, which, together with the partners, organized this event that can be considered the largest of its kind organized by an Albanian media.
This event sees the participation of the President of the Republic of Albania Ilir Meta, Governor of the Bank of Albania Gent Sejko, Head of Financial Supervisory Authority Ervin Koçi, Deputy Prime Minister Senida Mesi, Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj, Minister of Finance and Economy Arben Ahmetaj, State Secretary for Enterprise Protection Sonila Qato etc.
Also attending from Kosovo were the Deputy Prime Minister Enver Hoxhaj, the head of the Chamber of Commerce Safet Gërxhaliu and many others.
Meanwhile, part of the forum were also the presidents of the Stock Exchanges and Chambers of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Southeastern Europe.
The opening speech of the forum was held by Dr.Mag.Elvana Hana, head of SCAN Media Group.
The discussions were divided into three sessions, each centered on one topic: Leadership and Institutions, Financial Capital Markets, Private Entrepreneurship.
Moderators of the sessions were well-known economy experts Adrian Civici, Genc Ruli and Artan Hoxha.
At the end of the discussion, the relevant recommendations were provided.
